By registering my child/children in Atlanta StarTalk Balvihar Hindi Language Camp, I/we give full permission for him/her/them to participate in all activities conducted by the program including any field trip and other such activates outside campus. I/we understand that in the event of any unforeseen emergencies, Balvihar Hindi School Atlanta (VHPA), its members, or any agents of Balvihar Hindi School (VHPA) are permitted to provide immediate help to my child/children. I/we will not hold, Balvihar Hindi School (VHPA), and all the other partners or any of its members/agents responsible for any liabilities arising out of my/our child/children’s participation in the StarTalk Balvihar Hindi Language Camp and I/we release Balvihar VHPA, Atlanta, and all the other partners or any of its members or agents from any and all such legal claims.
I/We acknowledge that the registration fee of $120 once paid is non-refundable.
I/We acknowledge that I/we have been advised to make sure that my/our child/children is (are) physically and mentally fit to participate in sports, physical exercises, yoga, meditation, and other activities of StarTalk Balvihar Hindi Language Camp. I/We also acknowledge that the attendance for all 16 days in the camp is mandatory and my/our child/children may not be excused during the camp hours except in case of emergencies. I/We hereby give permission to Balvihar Hindi School Atlanta (VHPA) to use any pictures, videos, or other intellectual property of my/our children created during the course of the camp, or any officially sanctioned Balvihar Hindi School Atlanta (VHPA) event in any publication, or website or newsletter or any other such materials and media not mentioned herein.
